Baby Loss Awareness Week and our charity partnership.

Today marks the start of baby loss awareness week, and I want to mark the occasion by introducing you to our charity partnership with Work for Good and Tommy’s.

Tommy's as a charity is close to our hearts, and they support people with a range of child-loss issues that affect people all over the UK every day, including us, our friends, our family and our customers. Although our donation is small now, it will grow with us as we do, and it will help to look after families suffering the devastating consequences that come with the loss of a pregnancy, baby or child. we have already donated 1% of our sales to date, and have committed to do the same again from now until 9th December, and this will continue to roll onwards for as long as we can, and our donations will grow as we do.

What Tommy’s do:

We’re dedicated to finding causes and treatments to save babies’ lives as well as providing trusted pregnancy and baby loss information and support.

  • Research projects

We are the largest charity in the UK carrying out research into the causes of miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. With your support we are able to carry out more than £2million worth of ground-breaking research every year. Discover our projects.

  • PregnancyHub tools

We are here to support you through your whole pregnancy journey - from planning for pregnancy through to after the birth. Browse our free digital tools, calculators and resources to help you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.

  • Baby loss stories

We are here for anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or termination for medical reasons. Thank you to the parents who are helping to break the silence. Read their stories.”

What Work for Good do:

At Work for Good, we believe businesses can have a powerful, positive impact, whatever their size.

We break down the legal barriers that hold businesses back from fundraising for charities they care about. And we unlock unrestricted, sustainable income for charities.

So, whether you’re a coffee-brewer, a consultant or anything in between, if there’s a cause you believe in, then we believe your business can make a difference.

Work with purpose. Work for good.

If you have been affected by any of the issues that are raised in this blog post, please know that we are truly sorry and understand your loss.
